1. Our offerings
We sell software and digital products, build custom software, and supply IT services, hardware and other goods. Descriptions on the website are for information and do not by themselves form an offer.
2. Software licence
When you buy a software product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business, for the term and scope stated at purchase. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or share access credentials except as the licence allows. All intellectual property in our products remains with AuraDiyaTechs.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Access to a digital product is provided after successful payment.
4. Supply and trading orders
Orders for hardware, bulk supply, commission trading and industrial requirements are governed by the written quotation, purchase order or contract agreed between the parties. If those documents conflict with these terms, they prevail for that order.
5. Custom development
Scope, timelines, fees and ownership of deliverables for custom work are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or our products: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or disrupt services, and no use of our products to infringe others’ rights.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, our website and products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Third-party products we supply carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
